At M&N AUTOSTYLING, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our Return and Refund Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most new, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Condition: Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Hazardous materials or fluids (e.g., oils, chemicals)

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Pack the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.

Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in your RA instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item:

Inspection: We will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return eligibility requirements.

Refund: If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.

Partial Refunds: If an item is returned used or damaged, a partial refund may be issued.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Replacement or Refund: We will either send you a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that time, we may not be able to process cancellations due to shipping preparation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mnautostyling1@gmail.com.
7. In-Store Returns
For in-store purchases, returns must be processed within 14 days of purchase. Bring the original receipt, and the item must be in its original condition for a refund or exchange.
